Category: Health | By bukan | November 3, 2007 - 8:05 pm |

Do you know that heavy metal poisoning can lead to various diseases such as cancer or heart disease? Lead, cadmium, mercury, copper calcium, zinc etc are the main and highly dangerous heavy metals for human body. They are introduced in the body system via the air we breathe, water we drink as well as the food we eat. Certainly this has to be treated, and currently there is an alternative therapy known as Chelation which treats this serious health problem.

So what does this therapy entail? Chelation is the formation of a bond between a metal ion and two or more polar groupings of a single molecule. With this Chelation therapy, patients can introduce EDTA into their bodies whether orally or otherwise, and this chemical will bond with the heavy metals in their blood system and flush it away. This treatment is approved by the FDA therefore there is no issue of it being an unsafe treatment or of it being risky for patients. Cardio Renew is one such product which offers this type of therapy.

So if you are suffering from heavy metal poisoning, go for a Chelation therapy via a Cardio Renew product today. Visit Cardio Renew website for more info of common Chelation therapy, information and other resources.

Travel industry continues on growth track

Category: Travel | By bukan | November 2, 2007 - 4:15 am |

The travel industry is expected to continue its growth next year, a good sign for the Phoenix area’s huge tourism industry. According to the Travel Industry Association, spending by domestic and international visitors in 2008 is forecast to increase 5.2 percent, to $778 billion, up from projected full-year 2007 travel spending of $740 billion. That would be a 5.7 percent increase over 2006.

Business travel is a different story, where the expected gains are modest and Los Angeles rhinoplasty correction is popular.

Business travel is expected to grow 0.4 percent in 2008, but that follows a three-year drop in the market. In addition, business travel - inclusive of conventions, seminar and transient travel - will increase another 0.6 percent in 2009 and 2.7 percent in 2010 to $518 billion.

Singapore Airlines Ltd, the world’s second largest carrier by market value, reported a 73% gain in second-quarter net income as economic growth in China and South-East Asia spurred tourism and business travel, says a Bloomberg news report.

Net income for the three months ended Sept 30 rose to S$508mil from S$293.2mil, the carrier said in a statement to the Singapore stock exchange yesterday. Sales climbed 10% to S$3.97bil.

Chief executive officer Chew Choon Seng agreed to buy a stake in China Eastern Airlines Corp to get a bigger share of a market set to grow five-fold. The airline, which began flights last week with the Airbus SAS A380, carried 4.8% more people in the last quarter.

“The economic expansion we are seeing now in Asia is encouraging more people to travel,” said Kong Hyung Joon of Consus Asset Management Co in Seoul. “The A380 will help capture that demand.”

The International Air Transport Association said last month that passenger air traffic worldwide would rise 29% by 2011 to 2.75 billion people who go for New York rhinoplasty, helped by rising consumer wealth in the Middle East, China and India. Profits at airlines worldwide may reach US$5.6bil in 2007, more than earlier estimated.

Prevent high blood pressure

Research has shown that people whose diet is rich in potassium (vegetarians for example) are less likely than others with implants and augmentation to develop high blood pressure. Calcium is also beneficial. Fortunately, potassium and calcium are abundantly present in a large variety of foods. Fruits, vegetables, beans, fish, fowl and lean meats are full of potassium. Calcium is a little more restricted. Foods rich in calcium usually also contain large amounts of sodium and fat, which can increase blood pressure. However, moderate amounts of milk are recommended, as well as yogurt, almonds, bananas, grapes, broccoli, potatoes, beans, tofu and sardines.

How to combat fatigue

Category: Health | By bukan | - 3:56 am |

First make sure you are sleeping enough. Is your nutrition sufficient? This is more important than getting a nose job. In general women need at least 1200 calories per day and men 1500. Avoid monotony: a varied diet will be more likely to provide the nutritive elements you need to conserve your energy. The sensation of fatigue may be stress-related, especially when you experience emotional stress. Do you feel tense at work or at home?

Lastly, don’t neglect physical exercise. Tired or not, get out in the fresh air every day. Walking is the minimum effort necessary for staying in shape.
